16 Jan 09 A.G. Six reaches agreement with Eli Lilly
Attorney General Steve Six announced Thursday that Kansas has joined with other states and the federal government to reach an agreement with Eli Lilly and Co. to settle allegations it engaged in an off-label marketing campaign that improperly promoted the anti-psychotic drug Zyprexa.
