20 May 09 WV: Legal challenges in works over PEIA dumping future retirees
State employee and teachers associations are determining legal strategies for a potential challenge of a Public Employees Insurance Agency Finance Board vote last week to eliminate retiree health insurance benefits for all state and public school employees hired after Jan. 1, 2010.
