16 Jul 09 WV: State cannot afford to subsidize retiree health benefits, PEIA head says
The Public Employees Insurance Agency’s executive director told legislators Wednesday that the PEIA Finance Board has little choice but to eliminate retiree health insurance subsidies for state and public school employees hired after Jan. 1, 2010.
